PSG eyeing Jose Mourinho to replace Pochettino

The Ligue 1 side are keen on making the Special One their next manager as they get ready to part ways with Mauricio Pochettino, as per reports from 90min.

Paris Saint-Germain

have long been thinking of parting ways with

Mauricio Pochettino

before the new season starts and they were eyeing Antonio Conte, who joined

Tottenham

and reaffirmed his commitment to the Premier League side.

Aside from a new manager, PSG are looking to hire Luis Campos as their new sporting director.

Jose Mourinho

has been reached by the club regarding their interest in him as they are eager to work with the

Roma

manager. Mourinho is said to be close with Campos as the two have worked together at Real Madrid.

Despite all that, many reports claim that the ex-United and Chelsea manage is happy at Roma and has insisted that he does not wish to walk away from the team.

“I have great respect for all the clubs I worked with, but today I am 100% Romanista, because these fans are incredible," he said after the Conference League triumph.

“I will stay at AS Roma, no doubt, even if some offers will come. I want to stay here."
