Flick has not discussed his future in Bayern with Kahn

Bayern Munich boss says that he hasn’t talked about his job at the club with Oliver Kahn.

Hansi Flick

, who has been facing criticism since

Bayern Munich’s

exit from the Champions League, says that he has talked to

Oliver Kahn

after the match, but he hasn’t discussed his position in the club.

Oliver Kahn will be Bayern Munich’s CEO at the end of the year, and he would want to know Flick’s plans for his future considering the rumors about his interest in becoming the next Germany manager. Flick, however, insists that they haven’t discussed the matter in the brief conversation they have had.

Flick said in a news conference on Friday:

"I talked to Oliver Kahn briefly, but about other things. It's not as if there's any pressure on me or us. We talked very briefly. We talked about this week and how important this week is.

"We also talked about how we digested the Champions League exit. That's what we talked about - nothing else, not the future."

Flick admits that he has not accepted their exit from the Champions League in the best way possible, although he claims that he is not under pressure from the club.

"The Champions League exit is still present - this doesn't go away that quickly,"

he said

.

"I'm not sleeping great at the moment. I think you can probably tell. The truth is that life continues. We have a big challenge ahead, three important games ahead for our season goals."

Flick’s men who sit in the leading position of the Bundesliga table will face Wolfsburg on Saturday before their clash against Leverkusen on Tuesday, which shows a rough sequence for them, but they can guarantee their recovery from the UCL exit atmosphere by high-quality performances in those matches.
