The 25-year-old’s lack of game is due to the fact that the Spurs boss would rather play

who moved to Tottenham from Southampton in the summer.

believes that the summer transfer window is going to be hectic, and Winks can be a potential target.
The England international has admitted how “difficult” this season has been for him and the effect it had on his England chances as he was not called up for the World Cup 2022 qualifiers.
Winks has featured in 167 games for his side since making his debut in 2014.
