City, Spurs, Chelsea and Everton in race for Dortmund’s Mahmoud Dahoud

According to reports, four English powerhouses of Chelsea, Manchester City, Tottenham and Everton are keen on signing Borussia Dortmund's midfielder Mahmoud Dahoud.

The Germany international enters the last year of his agreement with the

Bundesliga

side toward the end of the season while there is no deficiency of interest from the

Premier League

The

Mail Online

reports that the London Blues and Cityzens were monitoring Dahoud before he joined Dortmund from

Borussia Monchengladbach

in 2017.

Current Chelsea head coach Thomas Tuchel was as yet in control at Dortmund when the midfielder's marking was organized, even though he left the BVB before the two could cooperate.

Many speculations have been made about the 25-year-old's approachability this mid-year from the four English clubs.

Dahoud has earned a regular spot in the Dortmund's midfield line as of late and began in the two legs of their 5-4 total victory over Sevilla in the

Champions League

last 16.

He has netted two goals in 19 games in all rivalries this season and made his senior

Germany

debut off the seat during a 3-3 friendly stalemate against Turkey in October 2020.
