Arthur: "We have the ambition to qualify for the Champions League"
Arthur wants to play in the Champions League with Fiorentina.
Fiorentina have earned 17 points from eight games in Serie A and are currently in fourth place in the table. According to Artur Melo, the Brazilian midfielder of Fiorentina, they are aiming to secure a spot in the Champions League.
“We have the ambition to qualify for the Champions League,”
he told EFE Brasil.
“The important thing is to have consistency and we must face every game with a winning mentality. It has been a very strong start, but there is a long way to go. Every match could be decisive.”
Fiorentina defeated Napoli 3-1 last week. They will play against Empoli in their next game in Serie A.
Arthur joined Fiorentina from Juventus in the summer.
