Guardiola: "No team ever has won four Premier League in a row"

Manchester City lost to Arsenal in the Premier League.

Manchester City, who lost 2-1 to Wolverhampton last week, lost 1-0 to

Arsenal

in the eighth week of the Premier League. Martinelli scored Arsenal's goal in this game.

Pep Guardiola, the manager of Manchester City, said on the club's official website after the game that it was a tight game.

“It was a tight game. Congratulations to Arsenal for the victory,"

he said.

“We started really well in the first minutes, they started really well in the second half. With Martinelli they increased the rhythm. We didn’t create much, they didn’t create much. We defended really well, both teams. At the end one deflection was the difference.

“It is football, it happens. We do not have to win the Premier League. No team ever has won four Premier League in a row."

Manchester City have earned 18 points in eight games. They will play against Brighton in their next Premier League match.
