Athletic reports that Avram Glazer intends to be present in
Manchester United’s Carabao Cup final at Wembley Stadium on Sunday.
Manchester United can win their first trophy in six years. The Glazers have put the club up for sale and the Glazer’s trip could be something more than what it seems.
The Glazer family has owned Manchester United for the last 18 years but the Man United fanbase is pretty much against the club’s American owners. The fans have consistently organized protests against the Glazers in the past few years.
Avram Glazer’s last game in attendance was when the Red Devils fell to Brighton at the start of the season, losing 2-1.
Manchester United are set to get their hands on the first piece of silverware this season as they face Newcastle United tomorrow.
