Chelsea offers £60m for Everton youngster Gordon

Goodison Park star has approached the exit doors of this stadium.

Chelsea

are ready to pay 60 million pounds to attract

Everton

striker

Anthony Gordon

.

Everton have announced that they do not intend to sell the English striker, but Chelsea's offer may change the Toffees' mind.

At the beginning of the month, the Blues rejected Chelsea's initial offer, which was between 40 and 45 million pounds, and negotiations in this regard have continued until now, and now the London club plans to increase its offer. A new contract for Gordon is on the table, it remains to be seen what decision Everton will make in this regard.

If the sale of Gordon is agreed, Frank Lampard should consider adding a striker to his team, given the departure of Richarlison at the beginning of the transfer window. Tottenham are also looking for the England U-21 striker, who has a contract with Everton until 2025. Spurs hope to add ex-partner Richarlison to their squad.

Chelsea have spent £176.5m on transfers so far and it is likely that their most expensive signing of the summer will come in the near future.
