“I always said, playing for Milan is like being at home" - Ibrahimovic
Milan superstar, Zlatan Ibrahimovic has stroke a new deal with Milan and celebrated it by saying this team is "like my home. If I can stay here for life, I gladly will."
The Swedish striker has signed a new contract this evening, agreeing to play for the team until June 2022, which would be after his 40th birthday.
“I feel very happy. I waited for this day and now I have another year, which is what is really important to me,”
the 39-year-old announced on
Milan TV.
“I always said, playing for Milan is like being at home.
"I feel so happy, I love the way the club makes me feel, all the people who work here, my colleagues, the coach, the fans who I really miss in the stadium.
“This really is like my home. If I can stay here for life, I gladly will.”
