Arteta gives an injury update about Tierney and Saka
It is likely that Kieran Tierney and Bukayo Saka are going to miss the trip to Molineux.
It seems that
Kieran Tierney
and
Bukayo Saka
can not make it to Molineux to face the
Wolveson Tuesday as the key duo are still recovering from calf and hip injuries respectively.
“They haven’t been able to train yet with us, so I think it will be really difficult for them,” Arteta said. “I don’t know, we are going to try until the last minute - see how they are feeling.”
It seems
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang
might miss another game. He traveled abroad to visit his ill mother and now due to COVID-19 strict rules, he might end up missing another game.
“There is still some things to clear up,” he said. “Maybe yes, maybe no – we are still doing so paperwork at the moment.”
The only player who is expected to be available is Lacazette. The Arsenal forward went to the hospital after Saturday’s game as he landed on the back of his neck, but it seems he has fully recovered and will be ready to face the Wolves.
“We have to follow the protocols,”
Arteta answered when he was asked why Lacazette went to the hospital.
“We have to test him and take an x-ray. He was completely fine after the game, he was fine yesterday [Sunday] and he has slept well so I expect him to be available.”
