Daniele De Rossi, born on 24 July 1983 in Rome, is an Italian former international football player, who played as a midfielder for AS Roma and Italy national team. He is currently a member of the Italian national team coaching staff. Daniele De Rossi Early Life

De Rossi started playing very early in the youth academy of Ostiamare. Initially, he played as a full-back, but later he became a striker. When he was 9 years old he received his first call from other clubs, but he rejected it to stay with his Ostiamare teammates.

However, at the age of just 16-17, he finally decided to join the Giallorossi, whose father Alberto was the coach of the Primavera team. De Rossi immediately made a name for himself and became an important part of the Roma youth team.

Boca Juniors

He signed a one-year contract with the Argentine club Boca Juniors on July 26, 2019, at the age of 36. On August 13, he played his first match and scored a goal in the Argentine Cup match against Almagro, which ended 1-1 and then was lost on penalties. Italy National Team

De Rossi started his career in the Italian National Team playing in the Under-19 and later in the Under-20. Nevertheless, it was with the U-21 team, between 2003 and 2004, that his first impressive performances came. He won the 2004 European U-21 Championship as a starting player and in the same year, he won the Olympic bronze medal.

On September 4, 2004, he made his debut for the senior national team. He was born in the Roman hamlet of Ostia, and is the son of Alberto De Rossi, a former Roma youth player who before becoming coach of the Primavera team of the club, was a professional in Serie C. His cousin, Andrea De Rossi, is also a professional football player.

De Rossi has a daughter, Gaia, who was born on July 16, 2005, whose mother is Tamara Pisnoli, married on May 18, 2006, and from whom he separated in 2009.
