The first team he played for was Leeds United and now we want to know about it.

Leeds United

Milner made his first-team debut for Leeds on November 10, 2002, when he came on as a replacement for Jason Wilcox for the final six minutes of a match against West Ham United.

Milner scored again a month later in a match against Chelsea, this time with a clever first touch of the ball and dodge to escape a tackle from Chelsea defender Marcel Desailly, which earned universal acclaim from commentators.

Milner signed a five-year deal with Leeds on February 10, 2003, after making further appearances for them. Leeds' fortunes, on the other hand, were deteriorating; the club was the target of several derogatory newspaper reviews, and many first-team players were sold.

Milner's future at Leeds was challenged after the club's subsequent relegation to the Championship.
