Tottenham to hijack Arnaut Danjuma from Everton

The Dutch international has been heavily linked with a move from Villarreal to Premier League, with the Toffees reportedly close to sealing a loan deal for Danjuma. However, the Spurs moved ahead to hijack the deal.

The

Villarreal

winger pulled off an impressive 2021-22 season on an individual level as he met the back of the net 16 times and contributed four assists in 34 matches. Everton has been linked with a loan move for the Netherlands international, however, according to

,

Tottenham

has stepped up to hijack the deal for the 25-year-old as

Arnaut Danjuma

is set to arrive in London to undergo a medical.

Danjuma has a history of playing for Bournemouth and has played two seasons in the Premier League and one season in the Championship, scoring 15 goals in 33 games for his team. He has previously been linked with a move to Manchester United and Liverpool and is expected to cost around € 40 million.

The Hammers are among several Premier League sides keeping tabs on the Dutch star following his fine season. However, he rejected the latest offer from David Moyes' side in the summer.
