Nice and Roma set to battle for Andrea Belotti

Ligue 1 side OGC Nice has also shown an interest in signing Andrea Belotti.

Andrea Belotti

is a free agent after he left Torino at the end of last season. He has been linked with a few teams, including AS Monaco, Wolves, Borussia Dortmund, Atalanta, Roma, Milan, and Monza in recent weeks but so far has not reached an agreement with any of them and still is looking for his new team while the Serie A season kicks off this weekend.

Belotti reportedly has reached an agreement with

Roma

but they cannot sign him until Eldor Shomurodov has been sold first. He also has an offer from Wolves but the Italian striker is not interested in the Premier League at the moment.

Now La Repubblica claims that Belotti has a new offer on the table from

OGC Nice

and the French team wants to sign him.

The 28-year-old striker joined Torino in 2015 and scored 113 goals in 251 matches. The EURO 2020 winner also has 12 goals in 44 senior matches for Italy.

AC Milan was willing to offer €70m for Belotti five years ago but Torino rejected their offer and he stayed.
