Arsenal’s pre-season games ended with them thrashing
Sevilla6-0 at Emirates Stadium. Gabriel Jesus’s hat-trick, a double from Bukayo Saka, and Eddie Nketiah’s goal resulted in an entertaining match.
Jesus is enjoying a fast start to life at the club since he moved to the club from Manchester City, with him meeting the target seven times.
Odegaard, on the other hand, received the captain’s armband before their victory over Sevilla and the Gunners boss is sure that Jesus’ arrival will help Odegaard hit new heights.
"Gaby makes Odegaard better. We needed someone to make him look better. The connection is there,"
Arteta told a news conference after the win.
"Jesus plays with that intensity to win the ball and play in the opposition half. You can't do that if players don't work.
