Arsenal plot to re-sign Serge Gnabry

The contract dispute between Serge Gnabry and Bayern Munich is being watched by Arsenal, which could try to bring him back to the Emirates Stadium.

The 26-year-contract old's at the Allianz Arena runs until the end of the 2022/23 season, but the

Bundesliga

champions have already hinted that he could leave this window.

90min has heard that Arsenal is keeping a close eye on the situation, especially since it looks like they won't be able to sign Leeds United winger

Raphinha

. Hasan Salihamidzic, the director of Bayern, recently said that

Serge Gnabry

could be sold if the club and player can't come to terms on a new contract soon.

"We want to keep him very much. I hope he goes with Bayern. If a player doesn't want to make a decision for the team, we can find a way for everyone to be happy "He said this to Sky Sport Germany.

Gnabry joined the Gunners' youth team when he was 16. He played 18 times for the first team under Arsene Wenger, but he is best known for spending his last year in England on loan at Tony Pulis'

Gnabry has scored 10 or more goals in each of his six seasons in the Bundesliga since he moved back to Germany. He was one of the best players on the Bayern Munich team that won the 2019-20 Champions League. In the process, he scored several goals against Arsenal's biggest rivals Chelsea and
