Wolverhampton’s Adama Traoré set to join Barcelona

Barcelona are set to sign Wolverhampton’s winger on a €30m deal.

B to join Aston Villa in 2015. Following short spells at Aston Villa and Middlesbrough, the versatile winger joined Wolverhampton Wanderers where he found his best form under Nuno Espirito Santo.

With Barcelona struggling in the attacking line, while Ansu Fati is out of action due to injury and Ousmane Dembele being close to Camp Nou exit doors, Traore has found himself at the top of Barca’s transfer list.

confirmed that a deal between Barca and Wolverhampton has been sealed over the 26-year-old winger.

Traore is set to join the Spanish giants on a €30m loan deal plus bonuses and option to buy (not mandatory).

Barcelona will cover 100% of the salary until June.
