Dimitar Berbatov expects Arsenal to win against Norwich City

Dimitar Berbatov urges the Gunners to aim for a “pretty straightforward” 2-0 victory over Norwich City when they lock horns on Boxing Day.

Arsenal

are keen on cementing their spot in the top four in the

Premier League

table with a win over

Norwich City

as the Gunners are looking to seal a place in the

Champions League

this season.

Mikel Arteta

’s side have been improving significantly this season as they made their way into the top four in the table after ending the previous season sitting in 15th place.

Norwich City, on the other hand, have only managed to win one game out of their previous 21 matches between the two sides across all competitions.

They have been having a hard time finding consistency in their form this season, failing to meet the back of the net in 11 matches out of 17 in the league this season.

Former Manchester United striker

Dimitar Berbatov

hopes to see Arsenal win Sunday’s clash at Carrow Road.

Writing in his column for Metro, Berbatov said:

“Norwich are still in major trouble and I don’t see them safe this year.

“Arsenal are going strong, Arteta and everyone in the team must be pleased, when they were bottom after three games I don’t think many people saw them doing what they have done recently.

“Unless there is a major upset here I think this is a pretty straightforward one. Prediction 0-2.”

The Gunners, who have yet to win a title since 2004, will go against Wolves and Manchester City after their match on Boxing Day.
