Atalanta left-back Robin Gosens set for a month on the sidelines
Atalanta defender Robin Gosens will be out of action for at least one month after suffering a thigh strain during their Champions League clash with Young Boys.
The Germany international was rolling on the pitch in pain just ten minutes into the match. The 27-year-old hurt himself while kicking the pitch.
He immediately grabbed his left thigh and clasped his hands in front of his face in pain. The team staff took him out of the match as he left the field in tears.
“It’s a muscle injury in the thigh, but not that bad. We hope that Robin will be available to us again after the international break,”
