Kylian Mbappe furious by Olivier Giroud’s recent comment

The Chelsea striker believes that Mbappe is reluctant to pass him the ball.

The French national team

, which is considered by many to be the favorite to win Euro 2020, is facing a new unrest, one day before the start of the competition.

According to L'Equipe, Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud and Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe have clashed in the team's locker room. Giroud, who has no place in the starting line-up with the presence of the Mbappe, Antoine Griezmann and Karim Benzema, scored two goals in France's recent friendly against Bulgaria, and reached five goals behind Thierry Henry, France's all-time leading goalscorer.

The second top scorer in French history, he was upset that his teammates, especially Kylian Mbappe, did not pass him, and criticized him in an interview with the media.

Mbappe had told his team-mates that he planned to hold a press conference in response to Olivier Giroud's remarks, which were blocked by Didier Deschamps, and the coach asked him to focus on his team's first match in the Euro against Germany.

Giroud believed that Mbappe was constantly passing the ball to Karim Benzema in the first half, but as soon as he entered the field, he tried to do it alone and did not pass the ball to him.

This clash on the eve of the start of the competition could make things difficult for France, and it remains to be seen what Didier Deschamps plans to do to improve and calm the situation.
