Gareth Bale wants Real Madrid weekly salary offer of around €700k

The relationship has been tightened between Gareth Bale and Real Madrid for some time now and it looks like it's not going to get better any time soon.

As reported by

Marca

, Bale has decided not to reduce his salary – in line with other Madrid players – for the last year of his deal, which ends in the summer of 2022.

Bale

gets €692,660 each week but he will bring it down for the last year of his deal in the Spanish capital, however, he is willing to leave on loan once again.

The Welshman started strong in Premier League Spurs 4-0 victory against Burnley on Sunday and scored two goals.

Real Madrid

news is now surrounded by the team’s future goals and changing Bale’s salary will be prior to any adjustments.

Last summer, it was said that the 31-year-old's connection with Madrid boss, Zinedine Zidane was damaged and his place in Madrid had been unstable.

Bale

aided Madrid to four Champions League crowns and two La Liga titles in his time there, before moving to Spurs in a loan deal in the summer transfer window.
