The 27-year-old scored the opener for PSG in the 22nd minute and was able to create four goal-scoring chances during the match. In a post-match interview, Pochettino has spoken about Draxler’s performance.
“I’m happy with what he did today, he knew how to read situations when the team needed him,”
Pochettino said.
“He made the connection between the offensive and the defensive on several occasions. I’m happy for him that he scored. It’s very good for his confidence.”
