Maguire hails Manchester United's home run after victory over Reading

Thanks to a brace from Casemiro and a goal by Fred, Man United proceeded to the next level of the FA Cup after a 3-1 victory over Reading. Maguire hails the Red Devils' form amid 11 home wins during Ten Hag's era.

Maguire said: "

We've got to make home a fortress. It's got to be tough for people to come, and I think if you spoke to their boys tonight, I think they'd have felt it was relentless. The first half was relentless without the goal and we controlled the game from then on."

Returning from the suspension he served in Man United's clash against Arsenal, Casemiro scored a fantastic goal before a 30-yard wonder strike 4 minutes later. Andy Carroll made two clumsy challenges which resulted in the Reading striker seeing a red card in the second half.

Maguire's team will be back in action with a Carabao Cup semi-final match against Nottingham Forest on Wednesday, which they won its reverse match 3-0 away from home.
