From Dallas to Duke and Beyond: Unveiling the Future of U.S. Soccer in Brentford's Net

As per reports from The Athletic, this summer will see the addition of a promising U.S. youth international to Brentford Football Club. Joining the Bees, he will vie for a spot among the established goalkeepers in the squad, such as Mark Flekken, Thomas Strakosha, and Hakon Valdimarsson.

Emerging from the FC Dallas academy, Eyestone has been making waves since his debut at the age of 16 with the

reserve team, North Texas SC. His recent stint with the U.S. Under 19 squad in March further solidified his standing as a highly regarded talent.

Standing at an imposing height of six feet seven inches, Eyestone showcased his skills by being named the best goalkeeper at the 2023 Generation Adidas Cup. Additionally, his significant contribution to Duke University's soccer team, starting in 18 games as a Freshman, underscores his prowess and potential.

Looking ahead, Eyestone is slated to undergo a medical examination in England before finalizing his move to Thomas Frank's squad at Brentford. With aspirations to secure a place in the first team come fall, all eyes are on this rising star within the realm of U.S. Soccer.
