Sofiane Amrabat’s return to Serie A

The journey of the returnee and his potential fate in Juventus It seems that Sofiane Amrabat, the Moroccan midfielder, is preparing to return to the Italian league fields after the end of his loan period from Fiorentina to Manchester United.

Despite his move to the Red Devils last summer, he was unable to prove himself as a key player, his role was limited to being a substitute and he did not get enough opportunities to make an impact on the English grounds.

According to a report published by the Italian newspaper “Gazzetta dello Sport”, it seems that Amrabat is seriously considering returning to Serie A, considering that Manchester United’s management does not want to keep him permanently. The 27-year-old player is expected to return to Fiorentina once the loan period ends, as he is tied to a contract that extends until the summer of 2025.

In the same context, speculations indicate the possibility of Amrabat moving to Juventus, as it seems that Cristiano Giuntoli, the club’s director, is impressed by the player’s performance and wants to include him in the upcoming transfer period. Fiorentina is expected to be ready to sell again after the end of the loan period, in order to avoid losing the player for free at the end of the 2024-2025 season, in a deal that may be witnessed by the upcoming summer transfer market in Serie A.
