Tomas Soucek praises West Ham coach

Team successes and brilliance in the English League and continuous participation in European championships highlight Moyes’ supervision of a historic journey for the club

West Ham United midfielder, Thomas Soucek, praised the performance of the team’s coach, David Moyes, who is facing major criticism this season, despite the team achieving seventh place in the English Football League.

In statements carried by the British news agency (PA Media), Soucek said, “Moyes is doing a great job considering the results that the team has achieved, and its ranking in the sixth or seventh position in the English league.”

The Czech international midfielder added, “We are participating in the European championships for the third season in a row, which is an achievement that the club has never achieved in its history.”

Soucek, who is part of the team, continued, “I am happy to be part of this team that contributes to writing the history of the club, and I think the coach has done an excellent job over the past seasons and also this season.”

In another context, West Ham United, nicknamed “The Hammers”, is preparing to overcome its lag with a goal against Freiburg, in the second leg of the 16th round of the European Football League, which will be held tomorrow, Thursday.

It is worth mentioning that Moyes had led the team to win the title of the European Conference League last season, an achievement that has not happened for 43 years.
