When will Gharib and Ospina return to Al-Nassr’s ranks?

Finally, press reports began to talk about the date of the return of Abdulrahman Ghareeb and David Ospina, players of Al-Nassr Saudi Club.

Player Ospina has been absent from his club since he was injured in the back muscle during their match with Inter Miami during the Riyadh Season Cup at the beginning of this month.

As for Abdulrahman Gharib, he has been absent from Al-Nassr since last week due to an injury in the front muscle, which led to his absence from the match of Al-Fayhaa in the first leg of the AFC Champions League round of 16, in addition to their match with Al-Fateh Club in the Saudi League.

Based on the “Al-Riyadh” newspaper, Ospina and Gharib will miss two more matches, which are the match of Al-Shabab Club in the Saudi League and Al-Fayhaa Club in the second leg of the AFC Champions League round of 16.

Al-Nassr Club is scheduled to meet Al-Fayhaa, the day after tomorrow, Wednesday, while it will face Al-Shabab Club next Sunday. The newspaper added that Ospina will be absent until next Monday from Al-Nassr’s training.

Recently, Al-Nassr Club has been suffering from problems in the goalkeeping position, especially after the injury of Raghad Al-Najjar and the suspension of Nawaf Al-Aqidi, and therefore the veteran Waleed Abdullah will take on the task of protecting the club’s goal in the matches of Al-Fayhaa and Al-Shabab.

The “Al-Riyadh” newspaper indicated that Abdulrahman Gharib entered a new phase of rehabilitation for a week. The newspaper concluded that the match of Al-Hazm may witness the return of Ospina and Gharib during the 22nd round of the Saudi League, coinciding with February 29th of this month.
