Ismaily's Victories Renewed Against Al Ahli Bank
Ismaily SC regained their winning momentum with a 2-1 victory over Al Ahli Bank on Tuesday at the Ismailia Stadium in the eighth round of the Egyptian Premier League.
Omar El Saied scored the first goal for Ismaily in the 16th minute, but Amr Medhat equalized for Al Ahli Bank in the 48th minute. Emad Hamdi secured the win for Ismaily with a goal in the 67th minute, ending a five-match winless streak for the yellow team.
Under the management of coach Ihab Galal, Ismaily moved to the 14th position in the league table with 7 points. On the other hand, Al Ahli Bank, led by coach Tarek Mostafa, remained at the bottom of the table with 3 points.
In another exciting match of the same round, Ceramica Cleopatra defeated Enppi 4-2 at the Arab Contractors Stadium. Ahmed Yasser Ryan, Nigerian Sadiq Umar, John Ewuga, and Mustafa Dweidar scored for Ceramica in the 41st, 73rd, 76th, and 88th minutes, respectively. Meanwhile, Ahmed Amin "Oufa" and Ahmed Nader Hwash netted two goals for Enppi in the 87th and 90+1st minutes.
Under the guidance of coach Ayman El-Ramadi, Ceramica Cleopatra rose to the fourth position with 13 points. Enppi, led by coach Tamer Mostafa, secured the twelfth spot with 10 points.
