Pyramids Club Heads to South Africa on a Private Plane

In preparation for the upcoming match against Mamelodi Sundowns in the CAF Champions League, Pyramids Club takes strategic steps and reflects on its journey in the club's first continental participation in history.

The management of Pyramids Club has made a decisive decision ahead of the clash with Mamelodi Sundowns on December 9th, as part of the third round of the group stage in the CAF Champions League. In this context, Pyramids Club's management has agreed to provide a private flight for the team to head directly from Mauritania to South Africa after facing Nouadhibou of Mauritania on December 2nd. This encounter is part of the second round of the initial stage.

It is planned that Pyramids Club will hold a training camp in South Africa after the match against the Mauritanian champion, aiming to avoid fatigue before the crucial encounter with Sundowns. This measure is taken to circumvent the need to return to Cairo after the postponement of the league match against El Gouna. The decision is part of the meticulous preparations for the team's participation in the CAF Champions League.

Pyramids Club will kick off its journey in the group stage of the CAF Champions League by facing Mazembe from Congo on November 24th at the Air Defense Stadium in Cairo. It's worth mentioning that this participation marks a new experience for Pyramids Club in the tournament, following their second-place finish in the Egyptian league last season, representing a significant step in their sporting journey.
