Press reports confirmed that

Betillo, the star of Brazilian club
Gremio.
The 23-year-old Betillo has performed impressively in the Brazilian top flight, attracting interest from across Europe.
Arsenal is preparing to make an offer to include the Brazilian player, and the newspaper added that the London club has sent a representative to Brazil to start negotiations.
