Milan stated in a statement published on its official website that Romero joined the ranks of the Rossoneri on a free transfer for 4 years after his departure from Lazio at the end of his contract, to end his contract with the club on June 30, 2027.

Milan's statement stated that Romero will wear the number 18 shirt in the new season.

It is noteworthy that Luca started his career with the youth team of Real Mallorca and played nine matches with them, during which he scored one goal.

It is worth noting that Luca is the second deal for Milan this summer, as the Rossoneri signed Englishman
