Mourinho: "I never said Roma were a candidate for the Champions League places"

With this draw, Roma is four points away from qualifying for the Champions League. With just two weeks left in the competition, their chances of qualifying for the Champions League are not very high.
Jose Mourinho talked about qualifying for the Champions League:
“Who said the Champions League was an objective for Roma? I certainly didn’t. I always try to be honest, I don’t like to sell hot air, I never said Roma were a candidate for the Champions League places. When you are competing against the teams in front of us, it would be irresponsible to talk about the Champions League. I never did that.
Roma will play against Fiorentina in their next match in Serie A. And they will face Sevilla in the final of the Europa League.
