According to the Italian press, Federico Pastorello, the agent of Francesco Acerbi, has arrived at
Inter’sheadquarters this evening to talk with the club’s directors.
Acerbi is expected to join Inter on a loan deal with a buy option. Inter will pay the entirety of his €1.8m net per season wages.
Lazio at the moment has not reached an agreement with Acerbi about his departure as they want him to waive his July and August wages.
Former Inter defender Andrea Ranocchia joined Monza on a free transfer this summer and Simone Inzaghi has demanded a new signing in defense to replace him.
Francesco Acerbi and Chelsea’s Nathaniel Chalobah were Inter's targets and it seems Lazio's center-back will be their last signing of the summer transfer window.
