Official: Atalanta sign Lookman from RB Leipzig

The 24-year-old was born in London and chose to play for Nigeria at the international level. He can play on the left or right wing of attack, as a False 9, or behind the center forward. Lookman has played for Charlton Athletic,

in the past.

This permanent transfer could cost up to €15 million if there are add-ons. The player has signed a contract with Atalanta that keeps him there until June 2026 and gives them the option to keep him there until June 2027.

He played for England when he was young, but then he moved to the country of his parents and got four senior caps and one goal for Nigeria. With the arrival of Lookman, Atalanta can now let Aleksei Miranchuk go to Torino for a medical. This is a loan move with an option to buy.
