Arsenal keen on acquiring Man City’s Zinchenko

The Gunners are eager to reach an agreement with Manchester City for the services of Oleksandr Zinchenko this week.

As per the reports, the transfer fee for

Oleksandr Zinchenko

is around £30m, but they have yet to reach personal agreements.

They are still negotiating for a deal, but think it can be done very soon. The Ukraine international has played for

Manchester City

in the last six years after making a move to the club as a teenager from Ufa, the Russian side.

The 25-year-old, who was managed by Mikel Arteta during the Gunners boss’ spell at Man City as assistant coach to Pep Guardiola, is a versatile player, like left-back and central midfield.

Arsenal

have been on the lookout for a defender and wanted to pen a deal with Manchester United bound Lisandro Martinez.

Manchester City, on the other hand, want to sign with a left0back and they are still interested in Marc Cucurella, according to reports from Sky Sports News back in June.

The 23-year-old had a successful first season in the Premier League following his move from Getafe on a contract worth £15m last summer.

Brighton do not intend to sell the player and they demand a huge offer to be willing to let him leave as his deal is due to reach its end in four years.
