Arsenal's Bernd Leno edging closer to Fulham move
Fulham and Arsenal have started talking about the possibility of signing goalkeeper Bernd Leno.
The Cottagers are getting ready to play in the
Premier League
again, so they want to sign a few big players.
Joao Palhinha
, a midfielder from
Sporting CP, has already moved to Craven Cottage, but there are plans to bring in more players, including a goalkeeper.
There have been talks with a number of goalkeepers, and
Fulhamhas been in touch with Leno's agents for a long time. Leno's agents have confirmed in public that personal terms are being discussed.

Arsenalis ready to get rid of Leno. The German lost his starting spot to Aaron Ramsdale last season, and this year, the United States' Matt Turner has been brought in as the number two player, making Leno unnecessary.
Arsenal
is trying to get the best possible price for the 30-year-old defender, who has one year left on his contract. Talks are going on between the two clubs.

, is likely to be the next player to join Craven Cottage. An agreement is almost done. Issa Diop, a West Ham center-back, is also being looked at, and a loan deal for winger Manor Solomon has already been made.
