Real Madrid’s Odegaard announces Arsenal exit

The Real Madrid midfielder has announced that he will not go back to the Gunners for the next campaign.

during the second half of the 2020/21 season on a loan deal with a remarkable short spell in North London.

However, notwithstanding

Mikel Arteta

being optimistic about bringing the Norway international back to the Emirates Stadium for the next season, either on loan or permanently, he is going to stay in Madrid now.

Carlo Ancelotti

plans to use the 22-year-old more and according to reports from Caught Offside, Odegaard has made a statement, saying goodbye to Arsenal.

The Norwegian’s contract is due to expire in two years and Ancelotti is speculated to be impressed by his performance in pre-season training.

’s new coach brought Odegaard to Los Blancos from Strømsgodset when he was at the helm in 2015.
