"From what we hear, the whole thing could be finalized in the next few days. They are in final talks, but there is no agreement yet."
However, as speculations surrounding Terzic’s future are raising, Hans-Joachim Watzke,Borussia Dortmund
’s CEO, pronounced that the 38-year-old put pen to paper for an extension at Signal Iduna Park.
If he decides to depart the club, Dortmund would have to talk with him again. However, for now, he will continue his job as Marco Rose’s assistant.
"We're expecting that Marco Rose and Edin Terzic will work together, and we're looking forward to that. If someone makes Edin a top offer, then we'll talk. However, that's not our desired scenario," Watzke told Funke Mediengruppe.
Based on reports from Sky, Frankfurt are eyeing Gerardo Seaone, Young Boys’ coach, as another option instead of Terzic.
