Arsenal are keen on signing with Dembele

The Gunners are thinking about a £25 million offer for the Lyon striker in the summer transfer window if Atletico Madrid do not decide to make his loan deal permanent.

Moussa Dembele

joined

Atletico Madrid

on a loan spell in January but has been restricted to only four games due to fitness problems.

As per reports from

Telegraph

,

Arsenal

are eyeing the former Celtic forward for strengthening their squad as Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah are considering leaving the club.

Atletico may choose to make Dembele’s loan deal permanent with £30 million. If they decide against it, Arsenal will make a £25m offer for acquiring his services.

The 24-year-old endured a difficult season, meeting the back of the net only once in 22 matches this season between

Lyon

and Atletico; however, he has an impressive overall record.

He has found the target 45 times in 108 games for Lyon, after scoring 51 goals in 94 appearances for Celtic.

The Gunners are also considering Dembele’s replacement at Celtic, Odsonne Edouard, but Leicester are the potential destination for the Frenchman.
