Tottenham supremo Levy keeps tabs on Wolves’ Nuno amid Mourinho doubt

Jose Mourinho’s future at Tottenham is depending on whether he delivers Champions League football as Daniel Levy is interested in the Wolves manager.

Tottenham

are eyeing

Nuno Espirito Santo

as a possible successor for

Jose Mourinho

. The Portuguese boss’s future is at stake if he does not lead his side to the top of the table and qualify for the Champions League.

Tottenham chairman Levy has been keen on acquiring the

Wolves

manager’s services. Nuno’s contract is due to expire in 2023 but he has been targeted for a move away and his compensation package will be around £8m.

Although Wolves have fallen down on the

Premier League

table, Nuno’s reputation did not take a hit.

Reports state that Nuno is looking for another club as he asked his agent Jorge Mendes.

Tottenham have been defeated 3-1 at the hands of Manchester United which saw them fall six points behind West Ham.
