Rafinha: “Inter’s Arturo Vidal Wants To Play For Flamengo One Day”
Ex-Bayern Munich Midfielder, Arturo Vidal has revealed that before ending his career, he loves to play for Flamengo, who are the reigning Campeonato Brasileiro Série A champions.
Vidal moved to Inter last summer and seemingly is now a probable transfer target of Marseille.
One of his ex-teammates, Rafinha has claimed that the 33-year-old really desires to play for Flamengo,
The 33-year-old Chilean became one of
Inter’s worst-performing players in the match against Atalanta last night.
“Vidal has a great desire to play for Flamengo,”
Rafinha interviewed recently with Brazilian YouTuber,
Barbaridade.
“When he saw us win the Copa Libertadores in 2019, he went crazy.
“He told me that he wanted to play for Flamengo and that he absolutely had to.
“He really likes Flamengo.
“He is among the best midfielders in the world and I am convinced that one day he will really wear this shirt.
“Who wouldn’t want to have Vidal on their side? I played with and against him and I prefer to play with him.”
's current deal with Inter is due to end next season, and he has played in 30 matches throughout all competitions, netted two goals, and contributed many assists for his teammates.
