Odegaard stays with Arsenal if Zidane remains in charge at Real Madrid
The Norway international may turn his deal to a permanent one with Arsenal away from Real Madrid, should Zinedine Zidane keep reigning.
Martin Odegaard
signed a six-month loan deal with
Arsenalin January when he was not given enough first-team action in
Real Madrid.
The 22-year-old is exploring his options and would rather stay in London if
Zinedine Zidane
is in charge at the Santiago Bernabeu.
The Real Madrid boss’s lack of trust and faith in Odegaard seems to have grown him tired, following his comeback from a loan deal at Real Sociedad.
Arsenal are also eager to sign a permanent deal with the Norway international but his contract is due to expire in two years and an exit would cost Arsenal at least €25m.
