Manchester United duo were taken off during Manchester United’s easy wing against Basaksehir on Tuesday night

United achieved crucial three points on Tuesday night after defeating Basaksehir with Fernandes scoring twice, Rashford and Daniel James each scoring once during an .easy 4-1 win during the Turkish side

However, the win was tainted as Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Victor Lindelof were among substitutions after taking minor injuries, as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer did not want to .“risk” them as the central defender had a problem with his back, as England fullback took a knock to the ankle

.Solksjaer doesn’t believe their injury to be any serious, as both men should be fit for their Premier League clash against Southampton this Sunday

"

Hopefully they'll be ready for the weekend, It's ankle for Aaron and back for Victor. There was no point taking any more risks.

" Solskjaer said in his post-match interview .with BT Sport

In the same match on Tuesday, two Manchester United’s Summer signings, Donny van de Beek and Edinson Cavani, got involved throughout the match as Solskjaer .picked them out for individual praise

"

The two are getting used to how we want them to play - Donny can play in different positions and Edinson is a good old-fashioned number nine and we haven't had that for .a while and I was happy with how Anthony [Martial] played off the left,

" Solskjaer said

After this crucial win, United has to face Paris Saint-Germain Next week before their final game against RB Leipzig in Red Bull Arena, where United only needs one point .from these two matches to secure a slot in the Champions League’s last 16
