Mascherano responds to rumor about returning to Barca
The former Barça defender has ruled out a return to the club.
Javier Mascherano has reacted to rumors that he will return to football and play for Barcelona as the team struggles in defense.
Gerard Piqué suffered an injury during Barcelona's match against Atletico Madrid and will probably be out for a long time. Due to the injuries of Samuel Umtiti and Ronald Araujo, the only Barça center-back ready to play is Clement Lenglet.
