The Arsenal star was worried about them being spotted together and insisted on paying half the bill whenever they went out.

After this on, he got into a relationship with Proctor. Proctor was a Miss Wales finalist, and she claims to have appeared in a variety of fashion shows, as well as FHM, Loaded, and a number of national newspapers, as well as Closer, OK, and Heat. She's also been on TV, with episodes of Dirty Cows airing on UK Living, This Morning, and Dream Team.  Then again this was over sooner than anticipated.

His next partner was Lisa Welham.  Lisa was born in 1982 in Hull, East Yorkshire, and practiced ballroom and Latin American dance for several years.

Lisa began studying contemporary dance at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance when she was 16 years old, graduating in 2002 with a First and the Armees Prize for the highest overall degree mark. In both the UK and Germany, she conducted the school's Verve.

Sol's tumultuous love life reached an end in 2003, when it was revealed that his girlfriend Lisa Welham, 21, had dumped him for cheating on her with blonde Austrian Alena Pitzer, 19.

Things seemed to be going well before his four-game suspension last season following a contentious altercation with

Manchester United

manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. He flew to Rome, depressed about the FA decision, telling Lisa he needed to "clear his mind."

He met and had a brief fling with a beauty salon receptionist in the Italian capital, 19-year-old Austrian Alena Pitzer, who worked in his £350-a-night hotel.

Lisa was devastated when she found out. She dumped Sol and was uninterested in his grovelling apologies.

Though he spent his playing days in North London, he is less interested in the area when it comes to developing a property portfolio.
