Atalanta could end up signing both Abraham and Belotti

Atalanta have confirmed their interest in Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham and Torino’s Andrea Belotti should Duvan Zapata moves to Inter.

Chelsea

have stepped up their pursuit of

Romelu Lukaku

in the past few days and could look to have the Belgian’s signing secured with a €130m offer which the Nerazzurri and the Belgian would not reject.

With Lukaku's transfer is expected to become official in the coming days, The effect for Serie A will be explosive starting with

Zapata

, candidate number 1 for the Inter’s attacking line.

Atalanta

striker

Duvan Zapata

is the only player with the right qualities to replace Romelu Lukaku.

The 30-year-old would not come cheap for the Serie A defending champions as Atalanta want €40m plus bonuses for the Colombia international.

According to Sportitalia transfer expert

Alfredo Pedullà

, Atalanta may end up adding two forwards to their ranks this summer if Zapata leaves.

Atalanta manager

Gian Piero Gasperini

has requested

Abraham

, who would be interested to leave the London Blues with the arrival of Romelu Lukaku.

Chelsea value Abraham at around £40m but Atalanta are expected to offer around £25m plus bonuses for the England striker.

Atalanta are also targeting a move for

Torino

and Italy striker

Andrea Belotti

.

Belotti’s contract with Torino will expire in 2022 and there is no renewal in sight. The striker, therefore, seems destined to leave this summer.

With

Sam Lammers

seemingly ready for a loan switch to Genoa, this opens up a slot for Atalanta to reinforce with both Abraham and Belotti.
