Bastoni signs a new contract with Inter
The Italy international has put pen to paper for a renewal with Inter that will keep him until 2024.
Alessandro Bastoni
has had a key role at
Interunder the reign of Antonio Conte during the last two seasons, contributing to the Serie A title win after 11 years.
However, the 22-year-old’s future at San Siro was not clear given the lack of an improved deal, but Inter have now pronounced that the defender will stay at the club for another three years.
“
FC Internazionale Milano announce that they have reached an agreement for the extension of Alessandro Bastoni’s contract,”
the club wrote in a statement.
“The defender, born in 1999, will be at the Nerazzurri until June 30, 2024.”
Bastoni featured in 33 matches in Serie A this season and since joining the first team, he has made 74 appearances.
