"We knew that Salzburg would not be easy" says Calhanoglu
Inter defeated Salzburg in the Champions League.
In the third week of the Champions League,
Interdefeated Salzburg 2-1. Sanchez and Calhanoglu scored for Inter in this match.
Hakan Calhanoglu said after the game that they knew the match against Salzburg wouldn't be easy.
“We knew that it would not be easy, as they are a young team who run hard and have enthusiasm. We had already faced them in a summer friendly and knew how they played,”
he told Sky Sport Italia.
“The important thing was the victory. We are currently top, now we have two away fixtures in a row and those will be tough. That makes it a really good result."
Inter will play against AS Roma in their next game in Serie A.
