Isco reportedly set to leave Real Madrid for Sevilla in the summer

According to Caught Offside, Real Madrid playmaker Isco has decided to sign for Sevilla. The Andalusian's agreement at the Santiago Bernabeu is scheduled to lapse at the end of this season, and it appears that he will be moving on to the next stage of his career.

Sevilla

is a terrific match for him, Isco, he has already collaborated with their manager, Julen Lopetegui, on two occasions: first with the Spanish national side in the run-up to the 2018 World Cup in Russia, and then with

Real Madrid

during Lopetegui's short tenure as manager the following season.

He is familiar with the midfielder, and Sevilla is a team on the rise. They're presently in a championship fight with Real Madrid, lying six points below them in

LaLiga

, and will face West Ham United in the Europa League final 16. 

The 29-year-old has made 38 appearances for Spain and 12 goals to his credit. Since joining the Los Blancos from Malaga in 2013, he has played in 350 matches for the club. In that time, he's tallied 53 goals and provided 56 assists.
