Western New York Flash

Morgan was the first overall selection in the 2011 WPS Draft by the Western New York Flash on January 14, 2011. In the first round of Women's Professional Soccer, she was the first Cal player to be drafted (WPS).

During the team's home opener, Morgan scored her first goal for the Flash, a 3-0 victory over the Atlanta Beat on May 1, 2011. She played in 14 matches during the 2011 season and scored four goals. In the same year, the team won the regular-season title and the WPS Championship title. 

Seattle Sounders Women 

Morgan joined her national teammates Hope Solo,
